Lisa Gray, Managing Partner, Phoenix IP Ventures

Ms. Gray is a co-founder of Phoenix IP Ventures, a merchant bank which creates relationships between life science companies and funding organizations to maximize the potential value of intellectual property based assets on a global basis. Prior to founding Phoenix, Ms Gray was COO of GlaxoSmithKline Ventures, providing leadership on transactions and driving the establishment of an effective platform on which to create value from GSK Pharmaceuticals' non-progressed R&D assets. At Phoenix, Ms Gray utilized this expertise to create the Phoenix IP Venture Funds.

Prior to joining GSK Ms. Gray was a management consultant with Coopers & Lybrand where she used her certifications as a public accountant, and valuation analyst to support her clients.
