Allen Counts has more than 30 years experience in municipal finance. Mr. Counts began his career at Citibank, co-founded Pryor, Counts & Co., served as its President, and served as Chairman of Doley Securities before joining Quoin. Mr. Counts earned B.S. and J.D. degrees from Howard University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 24, 22, 39 27, 79 and 63. He is a licensed Attorney.
